Our Instructors

Coach Victor has been training Shaolin Kung Fu directly under Grandmaster Shi Xing Hao since the age of 10. With specialties in traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and extensive knowledge in Modern Wushu, Coach Victor’s dedication and passion for the art led to many successes in his kung fu journey which includes medaling gold in various regional martial art and lion dance championships. His competitive achievements earned recognition of “Kung Fu Star” and “Lion King” in respective categories. Coach Victor is also the Performance Director and leader of Houston Shaolin Kung Fu Academy’s Demonstration team which has served and helped spread Shaolin culture to the local community through charitable events and statewide performances for over 15 years. Under his leadership within the school, he has trained both recreational and competitive practitioners. He has produced many National Grand Champions in both traditional kung fu and modern wushu competitions including USA Team Members who represented the US and medaled in international competitions. As a leading member of our teaching staff, Coach Victor continues to strive for the success of our students and the promotion of Shaolin cultural.
